Scientific Guidelines
Scientific committee invites authors to submit their presentations for consideration and inclusion into the scientific programme.
- Only candidates who have registered for the conference are eligible to submit the abstracts
- There is no restriction on the number of submission of papers/e-posters from an institution. A participant cannot be author/co-author in more than one presentation.
- Work should be original, unpublished and should not have been previously presented at national/international meetings.
- Submission of the presentation at the conference venue or post last date will NOT be accepted.
- The scientific presentation must not contain the information of the individuals or institutions involved in the study.
- Acceptance of abstracts and presentations is subject to the final decision of the Scientific Committee
- Presenters have to meet the presentation hall in-charge and have to take their seats 10 minutes before their session starts. The presentation must strictly adhere to the time schedule.
ONLINE ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Abstract submission closes on the 30th of June 2022
- Abstracts shall not be longer than 300 words
- Abstract body shall not include any indication about the authors and their personal details
- Students are recommended to upload a scanned copy of the bonafide certificate duly signed by the Head of the Department during submission of the abstract.
- All accepted abstracts will be highlighted in the website by 02nd of July 2022.
PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Online presentation submission closes on the 04th of July 2022
- For PAPER presentation a maximum of 2 contributors are permitted and must be registered for the conference
- All the presenters must be present in order to receive the certificate.
- The total duration for the presentation will be 10 minutes (8 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion)
- The presentations have to be prepared in MS Power Point
- For E-POSTER presentation a maximum of 3 contributors are permitted and must be registered for the conference
- All the presenters must be present in order to receive the certificate.
- The total duration for the presentation will be 5 minutes (3 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion)
- Presentations have to be prepared in MS Power Point landscape mode only.
